The Aqua XL eye pencils guarantee to be waterproof, transfer-proof and smudge defiant! I have swatched them all and it was extremely difficult to remove the swatches (even with a makeup wipe).
I have never used an eye pencil that was so extraordinarily creamy and easy to apply. They also keep their vivid color throughout the day, even against my dark skin.
